Larch Arabinogalactan is a soluble fiber that not only supports digestive health, but also healthy immune system function. This  natural substance sourced from the bark of the larch tree (Larix occidentalis), has been shown in studies to enhance natural killer cells and macrophages, part of the body’s natural defenses.
